The public booking link schedules a discovery call through Square Appointments. Booking a call does not create a client relationship or require a purchase.

If a free live preview is provided, it is temporary and is not the final production website. Custom domain setup, live forms, analytics, Search Console, and production infrastructure are added only after a production agreement is in place.

The public website describes the general direction and high-level scope of our agency services. Exact deliverables, integrations, timing, commercial terms, and account-specific requirements are confirmed through direct follow-up, proposal, or client agreement before work begins.

Approved website scope may include custom domain setup, hosting, SSL/security, a one-page website foundation, mobile-friendly design, click-to-call, click-to-email, directions when relevant, a small gallery, basic launch search setup, and website changes while the active service is in place.

Included website changes cover text updates, photo swaps, service updates, contact information changes, hours updates, button/link changes, gallery updates, promo updates, and existing page content changes. Redesigns, new pages, new custom features, full rebuilds, major platform changes, large content migrations, third-party platform migrations, emergency work, same-hour service, 24/7 human support, strategy work, SEO campaigns, ad management, social media management, or work outside the active service are handled through a separate scope conversation.

Submitting a sales partner application does not create employment, agency authority, an independent-contractor relationship, a sales partnership, compensation rights, territory rights, or permission to represent Salamanca Productions.

Any approved relationship, compensation, territory, pricing authority, sales claims, confidentiality duties, and operating requirements must be confirmed separately in writing before selling begins.

Salamanca Productions may separately scope custom websites, CRM workflows, booking or payment paths, supported integrations, campaigns, migrations, and operational automation.

Custom scope and terms are confirmed before work begins.

Forms, online booking, customer tracking, estimates, reminders, and email campaign tools may be handled through a third-party platform when needed.

The client may need to maintain third-party platform accounts separately. Salamanca Productions may connect those tools to the website as part of scope, but each platform remains a third-party service with its own terms, privacy practices, limitations, and availability.

Salamanca Productions may also use third-party providers for hosting, forms, email, analytics, transaction processing, communication, and related business operations.

Basic launch search setup may be included with approved website scope. It is not ongoing SEO and does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, bookings, customer behavior, or other business outcomes.

Service, transfer, and ownership details are handled through the client agreement.

The client agreement controls the specific service period, responsibilities, transfer details, ownership terms, and any account-specific requirements for active clients.

Need something larger or custom? Custom projects are available by request. Custom scope, timelines, deliverables, revisions, ownership, and support details are handled through a separate written proposal, agreement, or statement of work.

The Salamanca Productions name, branding, website content, design, copy, visuals, concepts, and other materials are owned by Salamanca Productions or used with permission unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reuse, publish, or sell website content, concepts, design directions, or materials from this site without written permission.

Salamanca Productions aims to keep this website accurate and available, but the site may contain errors, interruptions, or outdated information. Use of the website is at your own discretion.
